 The article “How to segment by customer lifetime value (CLV)” states something that I don’t find to be true anymore which is:

Exporting CLV data can allow you to further analyze and predict the behavior of different groups of customers. In addition to your CLV and predictive analytics values, you'll be able to export Churn Risk Prediction. Churn risk will be exported into your CSV as a number between 0 and 1.”

I see each profile shows me predictive analytics, including “Churn Risk prediction” which tells me that my client has enough data to determine predictive analytics. However, When I try to export a segment via CSV, there are no property options to select for export that has anything to do with “Churn Risk”. The only predictive properties I have options to select for export or in segment definitions are the following:

  • Historic Customer Lifetime Value
  • Historic Number Of Orders
  • Average Order Value
  • Average Days Between Orders
  • Predicted Number Of Orders!-->
  • Predicted Customer Lifetime Value!-->
  • Expected Date Of Next Order
  • Total Customer Lifetime Value
  • Predicted Gender

Hey @MHagenco,

I double checked, and you should be able to export Churn Risk. I’m assuming you’ve confirmed that some profiles in the segment have this property, correct? Would you mind sending over a screenshot of the properties you’re able to export from that segment, so we can investigate this? Thanks!

Double checking - are you still not seeing Churn Risk as an option to export, for a segment where profiles have this property? If so, let me know, and we can look into this.

@Byrne C You can see below, if I type in “churn” in the property export options, nothing shows up. Click Here to see a video of me showing all 5 pages of export options to choose from. I don’t see churn risk option anywhere.

Hi @MHagenco !

Jumping in here for Byrne - I’ve looked into this further and have confirmed that in order to export Churn Risk Prediction, this will need to enabled in your account on the backend. With that said, it would best to reach out to our Support Team who can assist you with this!

@emma.owens thank you. I’ve asked Support to activate this and I can confirm that Churn Risk Prediction is now available as a segment definition as well as an exportable property for segments.!-->

May I ask why this option is not available by default? Seems like this would be something that should be available without asking for the support team to intervene.
