I'm experiencing an issue where the number of mobile sessions on my website is much higher than the number of users who actually see the Klaviyo pop-up.
For example, in a given period:
Mobile sessions: 400
Pop-up views (as reported by Klaviyo): 100
On desktop, the pop-up views closely match the number of sessions, so this issue seems to be specific to mobile devices.

Hi @ZeMark
Thank you posting in the Community!
Usually there is some targeting filters attached to a form. By default it is set to “Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles”. I would recommend you to have a look at your settings here to get a feeling of why the numbers are different. Also - in my experience, I usually don’t see them aligning 1:1 due to cookiesettings, unique profiles view and different factors where incognito fx. is used. So I wouldn’t expect them to align in Mobile sessions and pop-up views.

Unfortunately I have already check this settings and it is the same for desktop and mobile. I understand that it’s impossible to have 1:1, but I wanna see at least half of session have seen my pop up form
Your non-cookied subscribers will not be exposed to the pop-up either. I believe that this would have an impact on your numbers as well.
