We’re having problems getting out emails to consistently and successfully deliver to Mimecast. Have read on article that suggests to remove open and click tracking as mimecast doesn’t like that, not ideal, but wondering if it’s worth trying to build up successful deliveries and then turn tracking back on when we have built up successful delivery.
If we turn tracking off - is that for all campaigns or can it be done campaign specific?
Any other suggestions to try?
