What's the best way to track % of repeat customers or LTV weekly?

Hi all,

I am looking for suggestions please on the best way to track LTV on a weekly basis.

We are making various improvements on the site (magento) and email messaging for customer retention.

To drive this activity I want to track customer lifetime value or a good similar indicator to show if this number is heading up or down.

If LTV is not available through Klavio, perhaps an easy way to see the %of weekly orders who have purchased before?

Any pointers or suggestions?

At the moment, we do not have the the ability to create reports in app to track LTV on a weekly basis. I’ve listed below a few things to consider:

Klaviyo offers predictive analytics as a way to automatically predict customer behavior. You can create segments from this data. You can also trigger flows off of these metrics.
You can create a segment of anyone who has placed an order in the past 7 days and then export that segment as a CSV. You should have the option when you go to export the CSV to select “Historic Customer Lifetime Value,” “Predicted Customer Lifetime Value,” and “Total Customer Lifetime Value.”
You can create a segment of anyone who has placed an order more than 1x (basically identifying your repeat purchasers) and you do have the option to apply a timeframe to this segment.
We offer custom analytics where you can run a single metric deep dive report using the placed order metric to gather insights about your customers. We also have a guide on how to use custom analytics to come up with a report strategy in app.
