Hello
I’ve recently migrated to Klaviyo from other ESP. I haven’t sent any campaigns yet, only the core flows. But the emails are landing in the spam folder, and the recipients are receiving this error.
What could possibly be the issue?

Hi there
Welcome to the Community!
It looks like you're still on a shared sending domain and switching to a dedicated sending domain should help.
You can set up your dedicated sending domain from within your account settings. Setting up a dedicated sending domain authenticates your sending infrastructure so that, when emails reach inbox providers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc.), they will appear to come from your brand, rather than from the Klaviyo shared domain. There are several reasons you may want to set up a dedicated sending domain, including to have greater control over your business’s branding and sending reputation. In this article, you will learn more about a dedicated sending domain and how Klaviyo’s self service domain authentication tool works to accomplish this task.
It is essential to warm your infrastructure any time you make updates to your DNS records, such as setting up your dedicated sending domain.
The basic process is as follows:
Make your first few sends target highly engaged segments
Turn on high engagement flow emails
Begin sending campaigns to engaged segments
Monitor your performance
We cover each of these topics in this guide on Warming Your Infrastructure.
