Hi guys! I noticed that the new account I'm handling doesn't have the placed order metric included in the analytics of each flow. What seems to be the problem? Thanks!

Hello @Jbabs,

This actually isn’t a problem at all! Sounds like either yourself or your client have a different conversion metric set within the account. You can learn how to change update these conversion metrics accordingly from our How to Change the Conversion Metric for Flow and Campaign Reports Help Center article.

Additionally, my colleague, @Dov has a great comment providing a screenshot of how to adjust this within your account as a whole in the Community post below:

Lastly, just by connecting a native ecommerce platform with Klaviyo, conversion metrics would automatically be available within the analytics. However, keep in mind that if the brand is new, these analytics may be blank as the brand may not have recorded any of this data yet.

I hope this helps!

David
