Hi everyone, I’ve just created my first flow but it does not seem to pull out the image of the product and I have not received the abandoned cart email to the email I am testing it from the client’s website. I set it up as a 2 minute and zero placed orders just to see how it looks but I’ve not received anything..

Have you tested the abandoned flow email while in the email editor using “Preview & test”? That will use checkout-started event data so you can review that all is OK with the email.

To help troubleshoot, you’ll need to share

  • Your flow trigger
  • The setup of the product table in the email.

And what ecomm platform are you using?
