I want to create a split in my Browse Abandonment flow and create product-specific emails to my best sellers + another for the rest.

Customers usually browse more then 1 item.

Let’s say client viewed items X + Y + Z.

how can I make sure that my split condition catches Z and shows the Z product in the dynamic product shown?

This is what i have set right now, but not sure if it will do what i’m expecting:

Hey @ofrika

Thanks for asking about your browse abandonment flow. Hope I can help shed some light.

According to our Help Center doc on browse abandonment flow, If a customer views multiple products, the one that is shown depends on your setup:

  • If you are using hasn't been in this Flow in the last X days, then it'll be the first item the customer viewed.
  • If you're using has viewed product zero times since starting this flow, it'll be the most recent (or the last item the viewed).

So in your use case, you would want to use the filter “has viewed product zero times since starting this flow”. This will automatically show the last product they viewed or “product Z” in your example.

Hope this helps!
