Hello - In the Flows section, there are 2 pre-built flows for browse/browser abandonment with different names (rules below). Could you please tell us which we should use and on what occasions? Thanks.

Browse Abandonment

After someone Viewed Product. Only include someone if has Started Checkout zero times since starting this flow and has Placed Order zero times since starting this flow and has not been in this flow in the last 30 days.

Browser Abandoned

After someone Viewed Product. Only include someone if has Placed Order zero times since starting this flow and has Checkout Completed zero times since starting this flow.

Hello @Dermacare,

Thank you for sharing this with the Klaviyo Community.

Browse Abandonment is a standard Klaviyo pre-built flow. Browse abandonment emails are similar to abandoned cart emails, but are triggered when an identifiable browser visits a product page. In contrast to abandoned cart emails, it does not require the user to start or complete a checkout. For more information on Browse Abandonment flows, I recommend looking into our article on it here.

“Browser Abandoned”, on the other hand, is not a pre-built default Klaviyo flow. For that reason, you will not see it in the flows library. It could live in the Flows tab, but that would mean that somebody who has access to the Klaviyo account either built the “Browser Abandoned” flow from scratch, or more likely, used the Browse Abandonment pre-built flow and re-named it to “Browser Abandoned” and modified the flow filter to “Checkout Completed” from “Started Checkout”.

I hope that helps!
