I’m in the process of developing a cross-sell flow strategy for a luxury furniture brand.
I’m seeking guidance on the best approach to designing this flow without specific products or collections triggering it. As the store is just starting out. I’m only creating 1 cross sell flow for the store for now. So the goal is to generate repeat purchases. The down side is I’m missing out on the more relevant recommendations I can provide by using specific products/collections as the trigger.
