I need help setting up coupon codes in email flows. We are trying to do a 10% off discount code for a birthday but I do not know how to get the codes to send. When I preview them by sending a test to my email it just says "Birthday-Preview." I have a signup form connected but its not live and neither is the flow. If I make them live will people automatically get the code when they enter their email?

@Social Source - You did it right!  If you see the “coupon_name-Preview” in place where the coupon code would be, then you are referencing a valid coupon code.  If it wasn’t, you would instead see an error like: “Unable to find coupon with code: coupon-name. It may have been deleted”

This is so that Klaviyo doesn’t generate a “real coupon code” for a user when you are just testing or previewing the email. Once your Flow is set live, your email recipients will get a real working coupon code based on your coupon rules and definition.

Here’s more info about Dynamic Coupons in Klaviyo’s docs:

Hope that helps!
