I have configure everything properly but I still get my emails on junk folder.

  • I have implemented verification from send.nogihchocolates.com
  • I have properly configured SPF, DMARC, DKIM records on my dns

still all campaigns from Klaviyo (and only Klaviyo) are going into spam….

Hello @nogihchocolates  Implementing a branded sender domain and sender authentication does not guarantee Inbox/Promotions tab delivery.

There are a lot of other factors to consider. Here is some Chatgpt info for you.

  • Spammy Content:

    • Excessive use of certain keywords like "free," "winner," "guarantee," etc.
    • Overuse of exclamation marks, all caps, or other attention-grabbing techniques.
    • Content that appears to be phishing or too good to be true.
  • Poor Sender Reputation:

    • Sending emails from an IP address or domain with a poor reputation.
    • Previous spam complaints or blacklisting.
  • Technical Issues:

    • Large attachments or attachments with executable files (.exe).
    • Broken links or images.
    • HTML errors in the email content.
  • Frequency and Volume:

    • Sending emails too frequently.
    • Sudden spikes in the volume of emails sent.
  • User Interaction:

    • Low open rates and click-through rates.
    • High bounce rates.
    • High unsubscribe rates or spam complaints.
  • List Quality:

    • Sending emails to outdated or purchased email lists.
    • Not having explicit permission from recipients (not following GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Inconsistent Sender Information:

    • Changing sender names or email addresses frequently.
    • Inconsistent or misleading subject lines.
  • Unsubscribing Issues:

    • Not providing an easy way to unsubscribe.
    • Ignoring unsubscribe requests.
  • Content-to-Code Ratio:

    • A low text-to-image ratio.
    • Too much HTML code compared to the actual content.
