Not sure if this is a shopify problem or Klaviyo.
I’m having trouble with a sign up form. I am giving a product away for email address. I had it set up that the code would be added to checkout using buy 1 get one free (as this is the only one applicable on shopify discounts). I have just had a customer tell me that this did not work. I have checked it out and cannot see why. Thanks
