Hi all,

I’m currently working on my post purchase flow. I don’t want to send them to people who have refunded their order. I’m able to do it with What someone has done (or not done) → Refunded order = zero times, but then I’m excluding people who partly refunded their order as well.

If I use Refunded Order Value I’m not able to make a rule where I only exclude people who have entirely refunded their order too.

How can I make a rule where I can only exclude people who have refunded their entire order?

Thanks!

Hi @thijmencla

Welcome to the Community! We are so happy you’re here!

I can definitely understand not wanting customers who have refunded their order to go through the post purchase flow and think it’s a great idea to add a Flow Filter excluding those who have refunded their order. I would additonally add consider adding a time frame to that filter or else no one who has refunded their order over all time will ever go through the post purchase flow, even if they order another product in the future.

However, as stated in our Help Center documentation on Reviewing your WooCommerce Data, WC’s metric of ‘Refund Order’ already only applies to users who have refunded their entire order. There is no pre-made ‘partial refund’ metric in Woocomerce. This custom metric would need to be created in order to be recorded in your account. As it is, partially refunded orders will still go through your Post Purchase flow and will not be stopped by the ‘refunded order zero times’ filter.
