Hello, 

I have watched the tutorials and I still can’t understand why my thank you flows aren’t sending. 

This is the preview of the flow, I would love some help on understanding why it’s not working!

Maybe a dumb question, but are the emails turned on to “Live”?


Great question, David! Setting the flow live is important, or it won’t send. I also noticed that the most recent event shown in your screenshot is from April 5 -- two weeks ago. Since the flow trigger is “Fulfilled Order”, it will only send when a fulfilled order event comes through.
