Hello -

We implemented a sign-up form pop-up on our site over the weekend which would directly link to the welcome series flow we have built (flow has been active for a while we just included the new email). We included a 10% discount code in the welcome series that was mentioned in the pop-up. Over the weekend we actually had older members in our master list within the welcome series receive and use the code. Is there something we have missed here setting up the pop up and linking to the welcome series?

Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post!

Would you mind sharing a little more information on your flow setup? What tigger and tigger filters are you using? Did you backpopulate the flow after adding the new email? If your legacy customers haven't already been through this flow in the past and you backpopulated, they would be added and sent the new email. Please send some additional information so I can give you a much clearer answer as to what is happening and how to fix it!
