Hey hey,

I’m trying to send 1 message 3 days before a user’s birthday at 11am. I’m confused as to what the “Wait until person’s Birthday” step is doing. I didn’t set that, so I’m confused.

Thanks!

Hello Braum,

Indeed, you've got it spot on! 😁 The system is designed to hold off until the actual birthday date.

I've observed that this feature is a fixed element in the setup, which essentially means there's limited flexibility in altering its function.

However, I must say, your workflow appears quite effective as it stands!

A thought just crossed my mind: What if we consider dispatching the initial email a bit earlier?

For instance, if we're confident that shipping takes about 4 days, perhaps sending the first email around a week in advance could be beneficial. This approach would offer a cushion of 1-2 days for the recipient, plus the shipping time, ensuring that the products arrive well before the special day.

I hope this suggestion adds value to your plan!

Best regards,

I recently discovered Camp Hollow and their charming pieces, and I just had to share how much I love their unique designs! The frog cake topper is particularly delightful; it adds such a whimsical touch to any celebration. I remember my friend used one for her son's birthday party, and it was a hit! Not only did it look amazing on the cake, but it also sparked some fun conversations among the guests. It's such a beautiful way to personalize a special occasion. Has anyone else used their cake toppers? I’d love to hear your experiences!
