Hey guys,
A client of mine often has products on their Shopify store available for pre-order and they give a rough idea of when the product will be despatched (i.e. ‘Mid-November’)
They’d like to set up a flow which will trigger an email to be sent to customers who have ordered these products, when this date is delayed.
Do you know what we would need to set up in Shopify/Klaviyo to make this work?
