In the analytics of my last email campaign there were a significant number under ‘unable to send’ could you please explain why this has happened.  I have never seen this result in analytics.  I have not got double opt in, and this list is my main customer list.

This could be one of a few things...including but not limited to, an issue of invalid syntax that was mistakenly saved to your email template before sending or an SMTP error.

I recommend reaching out to our support team to dig into this specific issue further and verify the cause.

Please provide a link to the campaign and/or the campaign name in your message to support along with a screenshot of the error.
