Hey,

New Klaviyo user here. I use another email mkt platform and I had my welcome flow with a specific email to the 1st purchase a client makes. When building the welcome flow and adding a conditional split, i can use the condition “placed an order” but that does not mean it’s the first order. Can someone help me with is, is it even possible to add that specific condition?

Hey @guajastudio welcome to the community.  I’d recommend creating two flows for this, that way you can use filters to make sure it’s the first order and also kick people out of the flow if they place an order.
