I want to setup Klaviyo with Shopify ( prestige theme ). I already had the back in stock flow active, ( i deactivated it) because the problem is that we have a multi language store. I want to have the back in stock popup in English, German and Dutch language) for our .com .com/de and .com/en. So i want to be able to translate the popup

Is it possible? If yes then how?

Hi there,

I’m wondering.. you have different Klaviyo accounts for each store, right?

If that’s the case, why not build the Back in Stock in your main store, and then Clone it to the other stores?

That will save you some time and you can directly add the translated copy in the cloned flow (e.g. in the DE account)

example

Let me know if that makes sense,

Stam

Hi everyone,
I’m working on a Shopify store that sells in multiple languages (EN, NL, DE), and I want to set up one simple Back-in-Stock flow inside Klaviyo — but with three different email translations.

I know Klaviyo has a built-in translation feature for emails, but I’m not fully sure if it works with Back-in-Stock event emails.

My question:
Is it possible to send the correct translated Back-in-Stock email (EN/NL/DE) automatically using Klaviyo’s translation features while keeping one single flow?

If anyone has done this before, I’d really appreciate your guidance or best practices!

Thank you

Hi @abidarif,

Yes, this is possible, and you can do so by following this guide here: How to create a multilingual email flow Smart Translations.

Thanks @Byrne C !
One quick question — when editing the Back-in-Stock email, should the “Auto-translate / Smart Translations” option appear automatically?

I’m not seeing it yet, but this is currently a Klaviyo test store.

Thanks again!
