Hey everyone!
I have a dropdown in my Klaviyo form, and I noticed that after a user selects an option, when they click on the dropdown again, only the selected option is displayed instead of showing all options.
Is this the default behavior, or is there a way to customize it so that all options are always visible when the dropdown is clicked?

I can confirm that this is not the default behavior. After selecting an option, the other options should still be available to select.
Without seeing your site, I can’t confirm this, but this issue seems to be caused by the CSS of your site interfering with the Klaviyo form. Your site likely has some CSS rules that the Klaviyo form needs to follow, which is causing the form to behave this way. I’d recommend you or your site’s developer inspect your site’s CSS to see if you can find the rule that’s responsible for this, and then removing that.
