How to remove spam account? | Klaviyo Community

Hi there,

I’ve had an influx of spam accounts on my list recenly - they’re all have the same first and last name. I’m not sure where they’re coming from

I also already have double opt in on.

how do I remove these accounts?

To find out where they are coming from I suggest inspecting logs https://www.klaviyo.com/developer-tools/logs
