Throwing this solution out there. This is a bit technical way about doing this, but if you need your support team to only suppress a handful of folks at a time, one way that you can do this is simply create an internal “Signup Form” that you can host somewhere hidden on the site. This signup form will add them to a designated Klaviyo List.
Then you can create a List triggered Flow, that suppress them using a webhook. The steps are here:
In your case, you’ll be using a List triggered Flow instead of a Segment triggered one.

Retention’s answer is a great way to go about doing this!
If you have a developer on your team who can set up API calls, you could also set up the Bulk Suppress Profiles endpoint and have the analysts add the emails they want to suppress and call the endpoint from wherever it lives outside of Klaviyo. Then they’d call that endpoint when they want to suppress profiles. They wouldn’t need to be an Owner, Admin or Manager to do this.
