Hello, I create and manage Klaviyo accounts for clients before transferring ownership to them at the end of our program. I’ve been doing this for a year now, so I’m quite familiar with how to do it, but today I’m suddenly just… not able to? We have the client added as an Admin to the Klaviyo account, and when I open up the role dropdown, “Owner” just isn’t there. What would cause this?

This usually happens when the account was created under a klaviyo partner account. Only klaviyo support can transfer ownership in that case. You will need to contact them directly and request the ownership change to the clients admin.

Can you confirm that you are the current owner of that account?
Only the current Owner can transfer ownership. If you are not the Owner, you will not have the ability to choose Owner from the dropdown!
There was a known issue, that should be resolved now.
