Can we add description in a dynamic block?

I’m not quite sure I understand the use case. Are you talking about within emails and what would the description be for?
There are two ways that you can build out product blocks based on the flow event data. Both methods require building out specific product feeds that will highlight particular products. After you have built out the different product feeds you will have to decide how you want to build your flow:

If you want to have a more complicated email, with a simple flow, you can use the show/hide block feature. This will allow you to only show certain blocks based on what products/categories they browsed in the event data. You could have one product block show if they had "Category A" in their cart and show a different block if they had "Category B". This method also keeps all analytics for the message contained in one place. The help article that I shared above shows the basics of how to set this up.
