Dynamic Coupons

Hello, 

I’m Having an issue with dynamic coupons. I’m using Shopify and I created my coupon 

 

Here is my email on Klaviyo, which is properly set up as a dynamic coupon.

 

 But when I tried to apply my discount at the checkout, it didn’t work. 

I'm currently using static coupons, but users are abusing them by using them multiple times, which is not intended. Can you please help me?

Ensure your dynamic coupon is synced correctly between Klaviyo and Shopify. Verify that the discount settings in Shopify allow single-use and that the expiration and usage limits are set properly in Klaviyo. If the issue persists, check the integration settings or regenerate the dynamic coupon setup. Reach out for assistance if further troubleshooting is required.

Great question. 

Are there any restrictions to the Klaviyo coupon? Could you share a screenshot of the discount code settings to help identify what’s preventing it from applying? 

You should be able to search the unique code directly in Shopify to view any restrictions/settings preventing it from applying.

This is the Shopify setting, but I don't see any restrictions. Is there somewhere else I should look for them?

Since you created this discount in Klaviyo, you do not need to build it in Shopify as well. Only the Klaviyo settings will impact the code used in the email. Klaviyo will then build the code in Shopify for you. 

Instead, you should be looking for a Klaviyo-built code in Shopify, like this: 

Once you’ve located this in Shopify, could you share the screenshot?
