There doesn’t seem to be an obvious way of changing the default currency of $ in the abandoned cart email flow. I need to change it to £.
Any advice or suggestions please?

Taking a look at this now, here is a guide on changing currency prefixes. The prefix within a template will not automatically change when the symbol is changed on an account level, so you would just have to edit the email(s) in the abandoned cart flow to reflect the correct prefix.
