Hi All, 

Just looking for a way to be more efficient with unique discount codes. 

 

Background: 

Shopify client, using unique codes generated in Klaviyo. 

We’re looking to do a series of emails; 

  1. Sale launch (unique discount code created) 
  2. Follow up messaging based on whether or not a sale is completed 

Ideally i’d like to re-use the same discount code, I can see the active coupon on the customer profile but i’m not sure on how we can reference this in the template? 

Any thoughts?

@Mailbox Manny actually recently answered this question in a similar Community post which i’ve included below:

In short, so long as you are using the coupon code has not expired, using the same coupon’s dynamic syntax would pull in the same active discount code that was already issued to the recipient.
