Im editing an email template but the images aren’t loading, not even the klaviyo logo on “powered by klaviyo) , already cleared cache from my browser, tried on incognito disabled my plugins but still nothing, the images are less than 5mb, way less, they’re under the 2000 px in height

5 MB is our maximum file size, however, we do encourage using images that are 1MB or smaller, as larger images can load slowly, leading to a poor recipient experience. While 2000 px in height, can you ensure that the image is 600px or less in width as well? We explain this in more detail in our documentation about images in email.
