Hi,

I have integrated these 2 fonts into Klaviyo template (see below) but I would like to know in advanced if users from different clients might see them in a different format.

In case yes, is there a way to solve it?

Thanks

The Tiempos Collection is a modern serif that balances practicality & elegance. Test the fonts, see them in use, read about their design and buy for desktop, web & app. (41 kB)

Hi @Flavia,

Thanks for sharing this with the Community.

The short answer is yes. Users from different email clients may not see your custom fonts if custom fonts are not supported by the inbox provider.

Email clients that do support custom fonts include:

  • Apple Mail
  • iOS Mail (the default email browser on iOS)
  • Google Android (except Android 2.3, which doesn’t support the @import method used by Google and Adobe fonts)
  • Samsung Mail (Android 8.0)
  • Outlook for Mac
  • Outlook App

For this reason, aways provide a web-safe fallback font to display for those recipients using clients that don’t support custom fonts. Common web-safe fonts include Arial, Georgia, Helvetica, Times New Roman, and Verdana. Find more web-safe fonts.

Choose a fallback font that is similar in style to the custom font you use. You should also specify “serif” or “sans-serif” as a final fallback font, in case your selected fallback font is not available.

Thanks and have a wonderful day.
