Hi, I created my accountand receibed the link for email confirmation. After that i didn’t receive any comunication of manual verification or account disabled, i was able to import my cliernts and prepare the flow,but when it came to the moment of change from DRAFT to LIVE it said that my account is disabled..but they haven’t asked my for anything and can’t see what’s my status of verification.. how can i get urgent help on this? i need to have my flow working this weekend
Account is suspended
Hello, I updated my klaviyo plan but my account is suspended because there was a previous payment that was not processed. What solution do I have, I have changed the card and updated the plan several times and it continues to charge me but my account is not activated! I need help.

Is Klaviyo's open rate accurate?
Hi there,We have been using Klaviyo for 2 weeks and we found very inconsistent data for email open rate. Context:We have an email template customized from a Klaviyo’s pre-defined template, let’s call it A.We have an email template written in html by ourselves, let’s call it B.A and B convey similar information to our customers, the only diff is the layout/image contents.We used A and B in several campaigns. Each reached several thousands customers’ email boxes. The other conditions (send time, audience,...) are almost the same for the campaigns using A or B, so basically you can consider it as an A/B testing testing the templates. What we found:When using A, the open rate is around ~15%When using B, the open rate is around ~30%Most of the open events happen at the time when the emails were delivered (like 90%).A and B have similar click rate Questions:The subjects/email preview and exactly the same for A and B so one can’t tell the diff before opening the email. Adding someone to a segment based on sign-up source
Hey all. This might be really obvious or impossible, I’m not sure. But, what I’m trying to do is segment people who sign up to our main mailing list by sign-up source. I’ve set up an embedded sign-up form and want to be able to tag/segment the people who use that particular form. Anyone know if this is possible? Thank you!
Dedicated Sending Domain cPanel
Has anyone successfully setup the sending domain using cPanel? Klaviyo asks for the CNAME and TXT records, but cPanel does not allow mixing of CNAME with TXT records. This would be pretty sad that someone who has a dedicated server could not use cPanel to setup the Dedicated server.
Review populating in email template
Hi again Klaviyo community, quick question, I want to import the reviews I have on my webshop,the reviews don’t have a separate page they are manually added on the homepage in small stylized boxes, no plugin or additional software for people to add reviews.Is there a way for me to import the boxes into an email template? (I thought of just screenshotting them and adding them into an image block but it doesn’t look good that way)Screenshot of reviews:Thanks in advance!
Sending a flow to someone who recently purchased
I want to create a flow email that will be sent to person who recently purchased on our shop. Email will announce that the product is ready to delivery or successfully delivery. How can I see the purchaser, creat that flow and trigger which is suitable. I add API keys on our shop. Thank you so much.

Hi,I am using the API to create dynamic metrics against a profile.I have for instance 5 requests with a success response however when I go and check the profile events I only see 3 or 2 metrics created on the profile.Would it be that there is a request limit per second? I should have the 5 metrics created on the profile.
Countdown Timer Issue
Hi Everyone,I set up a campaign for a client utilizing a free Countdown Mail countdown timer recommended by Klaviyo here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000780232-How-to-Add-a-Countdown-Timer-to-Your-Emails-and-Signup-FormsI added the timer as an Image Block per the instructions. On Friday, the countdown timer was working just fine when we previewed and was counting down accurately per the parameters we set for the sale ending tonight. The email went out and it appears that the countdown timer is stuck looping on the time frame of when it was sent out as a preview. When looking at CountDown Mail today - the timer looks accurate. Does anyone have any thoughts or similar experiences here? Anything I can do in the future to ensure this doesn’t happen again? Thank you!Andrew
Will a Shopify Customer Registration Form Unsuppress a Profile?
Hi, will a customer registration through the Account/Register form on Shopify unsuppress a profile? We had a customer who was suppressed and signed up to create an account on our site and they didn’t get an email for a special product drop. Looked at their profile and saw their account was still suppressed. Not sure if I need to change a setting or if it’s not possible. According to this help article it says a supported 3rd party form will unsuppress it, but not sure if the Account/Registor form in Shopify counts as that. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078267-Guide-to-Unsubscribes-in-Klaviyo#when-someone-unsubscribes-and-re-subscribes8 It is important to note that an unsubscribed, and thus suppressed, profile will need to resubscribe either via a Klaviyo form or supported 3rd-party form to be unsuppressed. Easiest Way to Do Analysis of Campaign by Customer List?
Hello,I ran a campaign for memorial day and would like to do some analysis on the results. Specifically, what which customer acquisition channel were most likely to open/click this campaign.My customers came from a few channels, each are on their own Klaviyo list:Website Pop-up Blog post CTA Giveaway/contest ...etc Basically, what I want to know is how customers in list A differed with their open/click rate compared to list B and C. What is the best way to accomplish this?I know I could manually export emails on the lists, and emails that interacted with a campaign, then do the analysis in Excel…but is there an easy way to do this in Klaviyo?Thanks!
