I recently noticed my click rates have been decreasing in the past few weeks. I tightened my engagement for my segments but still is coming in much lower than normal. Has anyone else noticed this? I know it may just be seasonal or that we have limited products right now but wanted to check in.
Hi,I have a question regarding a split section.In my desktop view the social media icons are on the left of the text, since there is enough space.In the mobile view looks it like below. Not really nice. Any chance to bring the text next to the icons? I played already around but couldnt find a suitable option.Thank you
Hi Friends…Please help! So I just noticed today that my thank you emails were not sending out and apparently it hasn't been sent out since Dec 24 2022.I have made no changes to this flow so not sure why it was working at first but now is skipping each recipient and trigger a failed filter. Today I only removed from the filter “since entering this flow”This flow was working perfectly and when I was testing the trigger it was saying it would work but its been skipping everyone.Thank you for any help
Today, I was charged for my monthly subscription with Klaviyo. However, I intended to cancel my subscription before the invoice was generated. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to cancel it in time. I'd like to request a refund from Klaviyo as I no longer require their services, and I believe that since the invoice was generated just a day ago, it would be reasonable to expect a refund.Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a way to contact them.I wonder if you have experienced a similar situation with Klaviyo or other subscription-based services. Is it possible to send Popup subscribers back to the page they signed up on? If a subscriber signs up on my popup and goes through my welcome flow. Is it possible to send them dynamically back to the page where they signed up on?
I am cleaning up our segments/lists and deleting older segments/lists that are no longer relevant, but I don’t want to accidentally delete anything that is integral to one of our live flows.I understand that in the list view, you can choose a list and select “view campaigns” to see what campaigns this list has been part of, but is there a way to do the same to view what flows segments/lists are part of?
Hello, everyone.I’m having trouble locating the exact source that’s creating this image on my website. I know it’s definitely from Klaviyo and they’re using Cloudfront to host the image, but not how to remove/alter it.As it stands, it’s getting in the way of everything else on the page, plus it doesn’t go away once clicked on it, it simply goes back to where it was…Any help appreciated. I have been getting odd and inaccurate numbers in Klaviyo Flow analytics.I sent myself through a flow and never received the email - I’m not sure why it didn’t hit the inbox, if there was spam blocking or firewall issues but it never hit my inbox.Klaviyo still reported that not only was the email delivered but it was opened and clicked on!Similarly with an SMS that I received but did not click on Klaviyo logged that I clicked the SMS.And today looking at live customers who went through a flow it is showing that 60% of the people who clicked links in the email opened it 0 times, I am not sure how that is possible though. But these issues are making it difficult to trust the numbers I’m seeing - I raised a support ticket 2 weeks ago regarding this issue and have yet to hear from support - it does seem that this community board is monitored more regularly though. Emails that were not delivered nor opened or clicked People who Clicked on emails they didn’t openThe SMS I never clicked on!
Feature RequestI design the emails for the company I work for and currently need to send previews to other members of the team for approval. However, most members lose the previews or don’t realize they are previews because they think the email was actually sent. This causes a lot of confusion.My work around currently is to go backwards from the content tab, back to the recipients tab, add in the word “PREVIEW” in the subject line, go back to the content tab, send the preview, go back to the recipient tab, delete the word “PREVIEW”, and then schedule once I have approval.The solution I would like to add would be to have the email previews automatically say “PREVIEW” in the subject line so that it is very clear that the email was not actually sent and is just a preview. If this is already a feature I can enable too that I just haven’t figured out yet or if someone knows of an easier way to solve this, please let me know!! Thanks :)
Hi Klaviyo Community, We have a birthday flow, which is suited to remind the user two times to buy right before their birthday, as we sell cakes online. The birthday flow is triggered to send the first reminder 3 weeks before birthday day, and tthe second reminder weeks ahead. How can I makes sure that users signing up within 3 weeks still get the second reminder, although they missed the first one? If its not possible, do you have a smart workaround in mind? Any kind of help is highly appreciated!
I removed my logo from the multi step email pop up form along with the block by accident. I tried to add the image block back by drag and drop but, it won’t add the block at the top of the form or any place else. I even tried to add different blocks in other areas of the form but, the same thing happens.I opened my site up in a incognito window and my old image is still on the pop up email form. How that is possible I don’t know. When I’m viewing it in Klaviyo it doesn’t show any image at all. Neither will it allow me to add any blocks. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?Thanks,Shireen
For all of 4/30, I am getting the message ‘Failed to create the draft campaign. An error occurred. Please try again later.’ when attempting to create a campaign. Got a similar response about trying later when I attempted to email support. What’s up.
I activated an abandoned cart flow and added a filter to restrict people who has been in the flow in the last 16 days - thinking that this would stop people from being in the flow multiple times at once.Checking the activity log this morning it appears that many if not all of our customers received each communication twice, sometimes getting both halves of an A/B test at the same time! And things without A/B tests (SMS) also double sent. Flow filters The fact that it is not double sending to everyone, but to MOST of them seems even more confusing to me as I cannot see any setting or logic to how/why these send activities are doubling!
When testing my campaign, the buttons on my email only show on desktop and not mobile. In the edit section i double and triple checked that the buttons display on both desktop and mobile. I did create this email off of a template idk if that could be why. Any advice?This campaign needs to go out tomorrow. TIA
Hi, I’m trying to import a new font since yesterday. It’s available on Shopify, but not on Klaviyo. I sourced the font URL from my Website/Inspect/ Network/ Font/ Headers but getting always this error message: “One or more font files could not be accessed.”The font is not mine, but one of the Shopify Premium ones, so hosted by Shopify but not available in Klaviyo.Can someone help me, please?Thank you!Diana
Hi, I have a gift company and I want to offer customers to offer our customers an important date reminder. So they could tell us the date of someone’s birthday or anniversary for example, and we can send a reminder 2 weeks before the date. Is this possible in klaviyo? thanks
Hi there,I am looking for your experience and advise in terms of newsletter in regards to a coming soon page.My page is currently setup as a coming soon page, no countdown yet since I dont know whether I go in 3, 4 or 5 weeks online.I have setup with Klavijo now a newsletter if the customer subscribe it (content is some preview incl. discount code).❔Should I send out a second mail as long as the page is not ready yet?The Klavijo flow suggest then a few days waiting time, followed by a social media mail which includes some shopping options. Last I cant add yet, since page is not live yet.❔Any advise what the content should in case you recommend to send out a second mail? I have already setup Instagram and Pinterest but no content yet. I plan to start here maybe 2 weeks before going live with the page. Thanks in advance.
So at the moment the border is only applying to the left hand side of the sign up form and the right hand side where we have an image, it is not applying - so it looks very poor! Any ideas how we can apply the border to the whole of the form instead of only the one side?
