Exclude eBay Customers From Profile List - Shopify

Hi! We have our eBay store connected to our Shopify site, which gets all the customer information, including the email address. Is there a way to automatically suppress any customers from eBay on Klaviyo? As we do not want to email them and also do not want to manually have to remove the profiles each day. Thanks!

Setup double opt-in when sign-up to list triggered through Typeform

Hi, I’ve setup a sign-up form in Typeform and integrated it in Klaviyo. To this end, I’ve set the Typeform integration settings in Klaviyo to subscribe people who fill out a specific Typeform Form ID to a specific Klaviyo list.However, after filling out the form on Typeform, the default double opt-in process is not triggered. Instead, they are directly added to the Klaviyo list without confirming the subscription.What do I need to do in order to setup the double opt-in process?Any tips are much appreciated!

Product variant title : 'default title' problem

Hi, I have a problem with my order confirmation email.In the 'order summary' part, I need to display both the title of each product, but also their variant.Problem: for products that have no variants, I can't remove the 'Default Title'...This is what I have done so far:And this is how it work for a product that have no variant : I need to display nothing for products that don't have variants, while displaying the name of the variants for products that do. Thank you for your help ! PS: for products WITH variants, it works very well.

Hello Klaviyo community!Does anyone know if it’s possible to limit the amount of radio buttons a customer can select from a sign up form?Let’s say I offer free color tissue samples of a product, I have more than 15 color options to select from (with radio buttons), but I would like my customer to select no more than 8.Thank you!

How to setup proper winback flow for my segmentations?

Hi there, I am trying to setup a winback flow for this customer segmentation as per suggested in Klaviyo’s advanced segmentation guide. We are integrated with Woocommerce. I’ve setup the flow to be as below:Trigger: People will enter this flow when they Placed Order Flow Filters:Placed Order zero times since starting this flowAND Placed Order at least once over all timeAND Placed Order zero times in the last 180 daysAND Received Email is at least 2 in the last 90 daysAND Opened Email zero times in the last 90 daysAND Person is not suppressed for emailMay I know if I have setup the flow correctly to trigger it? This is because I do not know whether the filters of Placed order zero times since starting this flow will contradict with AND Placed Order at least once over all time, or it might even contradict with AND Placed Order zero times in the last 180 days.Another confusion that I have in mind is, the Time Delay should be set as 180 days correct? or is it 90 days? Appreciate the advice

SMS Campaign Set Up Issues

Hi there. I’m setting up my SMS campaign. I’ve selected my audience, created the text message and when I get to the final screen and try to click on ‘Schedule or Send’ I’m not able to. It’s greyed out. Even though I have green checkmarks next to all the tasks. What could be going on here?

Adding product size in order confirmation

Klaviyo + Elementor Form Integration (No Plugin Needed)

Hi, i was following a thread regarding this integration however I didnt end up finding the solution without having to install any plugin.Id like to put in andigarcia.com elementor form footer a klavito connection into a flow (newsletter).Can someone confirm if this can be done without installing any plugin? I rather save emails in some database in wp and after import it into klaviyo than installing a plugin that will slow down my wp.Thank you!!

Looking for a way to make a segment that finds people who are signed up on the email list with multiple emails. I see you can do properties about subscribers but can’t figure out how to make them work together.I do discount code on signup & also have contests, people sign up multiple times.. TIA

404 page not found when trying to login online

Hello, I’ve been trying to login to Klaviyo for the past 2 days now. I thought the issue would be fixed by now. When I click the sign-in button online I get redirected to this 404 page _____________________________Page not foundIt’s pronouncedClay-vee–oh. Clay-vee-oh.Claaay-vee-oh. Also when I try to access the app through my bigcommerce site its just a blank page that seems to be loading forever. Can someone please tell me what appears to be the issue with Klaviyo? P.S it was working perfectly fine on my bigcommerce before, but even that shouldn’t affect why I get redirected to a 404 page on the Klaviyo website. RegardsKerisa

Shopify Product Block dynamic feed - not working?

When I create a dynamic product feed and check the preview of the email to see what products it selected it doesn’t accurately match the most popular products in my Shopify analytics. I have selected the same metrics: last 90 days, most viewed or most ordered, etcetera. Any ideas why this is incorrect?

Klaviyo to Zapier Email/SMS

We are trying to use Zapier to send specific information a user submits that gets added to a specific list in Klaviyo.  In Zapier if we use Klaviyo it only allows for Event triggers and not anything about the specific lists we have.  Is there a way to get users who get added to a specific Klaviyo list get “zapped” and have that data be sent?

Only a portion of my campaign has been sent

I’m having an issue where I sent a campaign at 9:50 this morning and 6,445 emails were sent before 10AM and the rest of my 33,000 emails didn’t get emailed. Does anybody know why this might happen?

Email template for Welcome series

Hello! I am new to Klaviyo and have an email template saved that I want to go to all my new subscribers automatically. The problem is when I go into my welcome series, I cannot find a way to upload/attach my template. It seems I can only add it when I start a new campaign? It appears I can send a welcome email manually to my newsletter subscribers through a new campaign (I haven’t done this before so this would be the first communication) but I’m trying to find a way to automate it to send to all new subscribers using my current template I created. Does this make sense? Thank you in advance!!Sally
