Is there any way to send klaviyo emails through another service?

I noticed Klaviyo doesn’t support google annotation so I am looking for a way to get around this. I can think of using Klaviyo webhook and listen to the webhook from aws and send aws simple email service to send custom email with google annotation code. Do you happen to know another approach please share with me.

Automatically deleting profile from a list after flow is completed

Hi guys,I have a flow problem.  We run a 21 Day Plant Based challenge and the Welcome + 21 daily emails are triggered when someone signs up via FB or IG.  All good, they get added to the LIST, then they’re off and away.BUT, many people want to do the challenge again down the track.  I see that those sign ups don’t get added to the list, as they are already on there, so am having to manually remove and then add them again, to trigger the flow.I thought maybe I could delete them automatically from the 21 Day list - either by some kind of auto trigger once they complete the flow.Or, can I somehow produce a list (report) of all subscribers over a month old, and collectively move them to a different, archive list??  I could just do this manually every month or something.Or is there a way I can ask Klaviyo to ignore if they’ve joined a list before, and join it again??Or any other creative fixes?Thanks!Meg

How can I differentiate flow for new subscribers and old subscribers?

Hello,I’d like to know if is it possible to create a Flow Condition for “New Subscribers” on a list and “Old Subscribers” for those who are already on that list.My goal is to inform everyone (subscribed users and not) of a promotion. We are using different coupons every week. So for me, it is easier to use always the same pop-up form and the same flow.Thanks

Sending campaign to those that did not confirm subscription

Hi all,I cannot seem to find a solid answer, both here in the forums or elsewhere. What is the legality regarding sending a follow-up message to those that did not complete the double opt-in? We have a very large segment of folks that did not complete their double opt-in, for whatever reason, and we would hate to miss out on that potential revenue. We currently have a sign-up form set up to encourage subscribing again to those that did not complete the double opt-in, but we’d like something that captures more people if possible. Could we send them a one time campaign asking for them to confirm, or to resubscribe? From my understanding that would then be considered spam, right, because we’d be messaging them when they weren’t subscribed?  Thank you for any help! .

How do I remove duplicate products in review request email?

Hello,I am setting up my review request email flow in Klaviyo and have noticed that when someone orders two different sizes of the same product, it shows up twice. Is there a way to stop this from happening?I am just using the default Klaviyo product review request flow, triggered when someone fulfills an order. Error in welcome flow analytics

Hey,We have been some errors in the analytics of our emails. The metrics are different when we are in the flow builder section vs when we go inside the analytics of that particular email.This is making it difficult for us to exactly understand what is the exact open rates for our emails. Our Klaviyo account is integrated with the Shopify store. Also there’s a huge gap in our place order revenue vs our order fulfillment revenue. We are facing these issues from October 2021.

Meta Lead Generation - adding email addresses to Newsletter

Hi Klaviyo community,We are running Lead Generation campaigns across our paid advertising on Meta to collect email signatures for our newsletter.How it works at the moment, is our agency will send us CSV files with the data/leads collected & I am manually adding these to our Newsletter list.I would like to know if there is a method of “tagging” these people - so in the future I can quickly & easily:identify if they have gone on to purchase which lead generation campaign they came from (as we will be running different campaigns)Would love to hear if anyone has a streamlined method for this - or if you know of a better system Thanks,Ellen

Thought I would test out this platform before paying and so far it’s not great.  Ive done everything suggested in the SMS Flow not working chats and nothing seems to be working. Does the SMS Flow only work if you pay for an additional number?

Where to find Klaviyo Compliance Reports

Hello, in searching through the community and on klaviyo.com, I haven’t been able to find any mention of compliance reports for certifications like ISO271001 or SOC2. Are these available for download anywhere?The only mention of these I’ve seen is for Klaviyo One. But even on the post there’s no detail given about where to find such reports. Any help greatly appreciated!

How do you unsubscribe a customer?

I get people on our email list that either can’t or don’t know how to unsubscribe from our mailing list and they ask for our help.I can’t seem to find a place on an individuals profile where to unsubscribe them from getting any email from us. MailChimp had an easy box to select to unsubscribe - does Klaviyo have something similar? If not, what do I need to do in order to unsubscribe them?Thanks!

Definitions of the "Dimensions" in the Trigger Split drop down menu

Hello, I have an abandoned cart flow. I want to create a trigger split so that if a customer comes back and purchases (from the flow or some other way) they exit  the flow. I see I can set the criteria for when the user exits by setting a dimension, condition and dimension value. The issue is that I do not know the definition of each of the dimensions in the Dimension drop down. Are the definition of each item in the drop documented anywhere. I could not find it in the flow or conditional split docs online. The drop down has these choices. I’d like to know how each is defined. Adding Gif Text to Teaser

I have been looking at ways to increase pop up conversion rate and in an attempt to increase visibility of teaser have added a simple text gif ( from canva ) and it seems to be workign quite well. However I am not convinced that it is appear for all customers. Has anyone else used this in a teaser and experieced any visibility issues? Thanks

Shopify Abandon Cart Flow not working; Checkout Started Metric not working

Hi there!My default Abandon Cart Flow isn’t working for my Shopify store. I tried doing a test run on my site and despite adding a product to cart and clicking check out, my list on Klaviyo wasn’t updated - it only showed ‘Viewed Product’ as the most recent action.I then went to the Klaviyo-Metrics-Checkout Started and noticed that there wasn’t any activity tracked.I then checked to see if my viewed product tracking was activated and it was. My klaviyo was also integrated after April so the default tracking functions should be successfully integrated.Is there anything else I’m missing out or can do to fix this?Thanks!Clarence

Shopify tag based flows with automatic discounts of different values

Hi there, I’ve got multi level flows to create and i can’t get it working and here’s what i’m trying to do: I need six of below flows based on tags: Tag shopify profile as influencer (okay) and tier (1 to 6 - okay) Create 6 segments in klaviyo by Influnecers tier (okay) Create shoipyfy discounts (6 of different values) - which should be created dynamically as users are added and emails sent to them (created but can’t test) Create 6 flows - 6 segments with 6 dynamic coupon based on tier with links inside email templates (not working)So essentially, if we label someone in shopify as influencer and give them tier they should be added by Klaviyo to the right segment and the tigger the right flow with an automatically generated code (with the right value for that particular flow).  we are in Australia so i can never get help because of time difference :(Thanks Kirill

I would like to be able to update the brand name on each profile using a flow triggered by customer viewing a product from that brand. However to do so I would need to back populate.Will this work?

Duplicate newsletter/subscription confirmation emails from Klaviyo and Shopify

I have an issue.  Duplicate newsletter/subscription confirmation emails are being sent to my customers from Klaviyo and Shopify.  It’s the double opt-in email that thet get to verify that they want to subscribe.  I can see where it’s set up in Shopify and can see where it’s set up in Klaviyo.  Each systems has their own form.  But what I can find is how to shut one of them off.  I can’t continue to have duplicate emails sent to my customers.  Thanks

Variables not working in notification message

Hello, I’ve set up a notification message when someone enters a list and flow. I want to add variables on the message that the profile provides in the form.However, the variables doesn’t show up in the message. Newsletter register with shopify

Hello, i have a problem with my newsletter flow. I added a pop-up into my shopify store and it is working well. But the problem is that the mail with the discount code that is the mail that you should recive while registering into newsletter at shopify is not sending. I need help with answer what can be the problem. It looks like people are added to the list but the mail is still not being sent...

Segment placed order over all time vs before/after a date

Hi,  I need some help. I do not understand why this first segment is smaller than two below. Shouldn't it be the sum of the two below? Isn’t over all time the sum of everything?

Flow isn't sending when someone joins the segment (trigger)

I have 2 flows. In flow 1, we ask for a 1-5 star NPS rating. If someone clicks 1-3 stars, they enter a segment “Property about someone, NPS Rating is less than 4”.  Once someone enters this segment (I’ve confirmed that they are indeed in the segment after clicking any star 1-3) they should trigger flow 2. Except this flow never gets sent, despite entering the segment.I’ve made sure all my definitions are correct and the the right definitions are paired with the right flow. I’ve also turned off smart sending for each flow.This is an ongoing issue for me. Klaviyo seems to be extremely buggy and unreliable.

Post-Purchase Flow

Hi! Good day.I am a bit confuse with this. I am thinking of making two flows for Post-purchase (details attached on this post).For example, if the customer received the Email #2: Follow on social media/Join FB group. Then along with that, the Fulfilled Order trigger was fired because the order was already shipped. My questions is does the customer will not receive the Email #3 Helpful product content & Email #4 Birthday Request anymore in my Post-purchase flow 1? Or the customer can still receive that even if he is now in Post-purchase flow 2 because of Fulfilled Order trigger?My client ships the orders within 2 business days.Please help me with this confusion.Thank you so much!
