Update Property values

I’ve recently made changes to my Shopify store. Now, I want to set up a property based on the shipping rates, but in Klaviyo it shows the old values of my shipping rates. How can I update Klaviyo to the current Shopify information?

Do you mind sharing some more details on what it is you’ve updated and were looking to achieve?

However, from the sounds of it, if you’ve just made these changes and you haven’t received any orders yet, then this would be an expected behavior. Missing dimensions and filter values are fairly common as I’ve explained in some of the Community posts below:
