Hey @Liz Pham
1. Customer Data Remains in Klaviyo - Any customer data (email addresses, segments, audiences, etc.) that you have in Klaviyo will remain intact after disconnecting the Meta ad account. You won’t lose access to any audiences that were synced to Klaviyo itself. You can continue to use the same segments and lists within Klaviyo.
2. Audience Sync to Meta Ads - However, once you disconnect the old Meta ad account, Klaviyo will no longer be able to sync audiences to that account. If you had any active custom audiences or lookalike audiences that were syncing to your previous ad account, they will stop updating automatically.
If you later reconnect the old Meta ad account, you can resume syncing audiences as long as the integration is active again.
3. New Ad Account Sync - Once you connect your new Meta ad account, you’ll be able to sync any customer lists or segments from Klaviyo to this new account. However, custom audiences will have to be re-created and synced to the new ad account since the audiences from the previous account won’t transfer automatically.
I hope this helps
Cheers
