Hello!

 

Just new here, and I’m creating a project base website just to be able to practice and know HOW KLAVIYO works and runs with emails thru ecommerce website. But sadly, I bump into this issue for about a few days already. Tried uninstalling the Klaviyo plugins, cleaning the cache both from the browser and my computer, but still the same issue occurs. Will greatly appreciate your help and assistance for this matter. The issue is shown in the image:

And additionally, I’m using a MULTI site wordpress site

First, I would recommend checking that you are integrating with the https secure version of your store URL (https://your_website_here.com vs http://your_website_here.com). Also, make sure you are logged in as admin of the https version of your site before integration.

 

If that’s not the issue, then I would check that your store URL has an SSL grade of A, no less. You can check this here:

 

If your site’s SSL grade is less than A, then I would recommend upgrading your SSL certificate before integrating.
