Personalization Problem after install

Many of my items are personalized in Shopify, so customers can make entries, such as name, birthdays, etc. It was working fine as of yesterday morning. After some work was done on Klaviyo - cart abandoment and that kind of stuff, now, none of those fields are working, on any of my products. It will not allow me to enter any characters! I have a FB campaign starting tomorrow, and now this! Hoping is just something easy to click on!

When you say the fields aren’t working are you no longer able to pull these personalized requests into a flow email template? If so would you mind linking me to the template in question? For your reference this article details how you can add dynamic event data to flow emails.
