I am unable to create flow for partial fullfillment through Shopify integration. I get a message that states “While your Shopify store is integrated with Klaviyo, we are not currently receiving any Fulfilled Order data.” How do I ensure the data is received? I’m not seeing the option anywhere.

May I ask some further questions to help you? Where are you seeing this message in Klaviyo? Are you able to see any order data when viewing Analytics or customer data?

Hi Kylie,
I see it when I go to create a new flow for partial fulfillment. My Shopify store is brand new but I did a test entry a while back. I can see the customer data from the test.
I will take a look through the resources you shared to see if they help me get it figured out as well.

When you say you see it when you create a new Flow for partial fulfilment, can I clarify - is this what you are expecting? to create a new flow?
