I just uploaded my reviews from Loox. I was very excited to consolidate my reviews to Klaviyo. The reviews imported fine, but the images appear to be links hosted by Loox. They are now displaying as broken thumbnails and not displaying properly on my Shopify store.
I do not have many email subscribers, so I am on a free account, and it appears I cannot receive any support unless I’m on a paid account. How can I go about fixing this issue? This is very disappointing.
