Why does Woocommerce say there is an SSL error when I re-integrate?

Unable to access: https://www.*****.com/wp-json/wc/v3/. SSL error.


Why is is showing? I tried to re-sync klaviyo and woo commerce but this error keeps on showing. How do I fix it?

Welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing your question with us! Very sorry to hear about your integration issues Would love to share a couple reasons on what could be happening here. 


The error here could be that Klaviyo is unable to verify the certificate, meaning this could be an API keys and credentials issue. Do you mind sharing if you tried to remove the integration from Klaviyo?


Additionally, can you also confirm what version of Wordpress you are using and the same for the Wordpress plugin? When setting it up there is a very specific order to follow, first to obtain the keys in Wordpress and then enable Woocommerce in Klaviyo, if the order is different it may cause sync issues.
