Hey hey! I’m Marika, travelling in from London, Ontario 🇨🇦. I’m the Director of Retention at Kulin Co, a performance marketing agency working with ecommerce brands. 

I was at the last K:BOS back in 2019 and it shaped so much of how I approach retention today… plus I made friends I’m still in touch with!

This year, I’m most excited for those “aha” moments I can take back and put into practice for BFCM (which is only 80 days away 👀).
