Hi all,

Is there a built-in functionality in Klaviyo that provides the possibility to compare segments’ performance for a given campaign?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Hey @LoicH37,

You can compare a list or segment’s performance for campaigns by creating and analyzing a campaign performance report. You can learn more about this from our How to build a campaign performance report.

There’s also a number of Community posts on this topic such as the ones below that might be helpful to review:

For those who are interested,

In the analytics tab under the custom report button, you have the possibility to create a custom report, select your metrics, conversion metrics, timeframe, and group by campaign and segment. This report can be previewed in Klaviyo, exported in CSV, and sent by email.

It works like a charm.

Again thanks David for your answer!

Best regards,

Hi! When I run the send report by campaign and segment the total send counts are higher than when just running the report by campaign. Does this suggest our lists have overlap and data is double-counted?
