Email profile counts vs. Subscriber Count vs. Legally Emailable Contacts help

Hi Klaviyo Community,I have a question regarding the discrepancy between my account’s Profile Count and the numbers for Active Subscribers and Legally Emailable Contacts.Currently, my Email Profile Count stands at 20,570. However, my Email Subscribers (as seen on the Subscriber Growth page) show only 5,393. When I created a segment for 'Legally Emailable Contacts'—those eligible to receive email marketing—the count was 20,569.I'm trying to understand what could be causing this significant difference. Specifically, what is the correct number of email profiles I can send emails to?For context, my account is linked to my Magento eCommerce store.I appreciate any insights the community can provide! Hi@Pamela-MJActive profiles are all profiles excluding supressed (manually or unsubscribes). So adding 20,570 active profiles to your supressed profiles of 325 = 20,895 totalprofiles.Your segment condition ‘Person can receive email marketing’ will include all profiles who have either subscriber OR never subscribed. To get a segment with only subscribers (opt-ins) you need to add an additional filter condition (below).Your subscriber growth of 5,393 is displaying over the past 30-days only.Does that help?AndySegment - optins only
