Welcome to the Community! Hope to provide some assistance on your goal to transfer lists/segments between accounts!

In order to copy over Lists & Segments to the other account, you can always Export a List or Segment to a CSV File and then import that CSV list by Creating and Add Contacts to a New List. The only way clone your lists and segments to another account is to re-upload those CSV into the lists in the new account as well as re-build the segment within the new account with the same definitions. Although with segments, you may get different results as each account will have different order of events and profile count.
