I would like to segment consumers who have bought a product more than once (for example a bottle of oil), but always changing the region of the oil producer. How can I accomplish this segmentation? Than you all!

Hi there @Francesca Evangelisti

Thanks for sharing your question with us! Happy to help!

To clarify, do you mean that because you’re always sourcing a different region for oil that your product names are all different? Are olive oils the only thing you sell? There are many different ‘Placed Order’ metric filters to choose for segment conditions that will target exactly the users you want. I’d suggest using the ‘category’ filter for the placed order metric that could work as a catch all for all your different olive oils no matter the different provider!

The condition would be: what someone has/hasn’t done > placed order > where category equals > olive oil > at least once > over all time.
