I wanted to clean a list of fake emails so I exported the list from Klaviyo and after the cleanup, forgetting the segmentation and settings these people must have been on, I deleted the initial set of contacts. Now, my client is mad. Is there a way to restore these settings, please? I feel so bad

Did you delete the list from the settings? Screenshot for reference… If so, (from what I know) you wont be able to recover them, however you can ask Klaviyo support if that is possible
However if you want to get the list that you exported initially, you can go to settings» other» Downloads to find all the lists/segments that you have downloaded recently and download them again and reupload. Please note that - the csv file will only have the properties that you selected while exporting it initially.
