Hello,
Thank you for this very insightful strategic session!

I do have a few questions, though:

During the session, you recommended duplicating the following flows — Welcome, Cart Abandonment, Browse Abandonment, Thank You, and Winback — and creating BFCM-specific versions. I’m wondering what we should do with the original flows: should we pause them during the BFCM period, or let them run alongside the BFCM versions?
And I have the same question regarding the sign-up forms. My current sign-up form offers 15% off the first order, but our BFCM campaign only starts in two weeks. Should I deactivate the regular form now and replace it with the BFCM version, or only switch it once the BFCM period begins?
