Abandoned browse not sending

I was testing my abandoned browse, my smart sending is set to 1 hour, I have received nothing else in that hour. I set the abandoned browse to 2 minutes just to test, In the preview it has captured me viewing the product, however the email has not sent

  • Set Flow Conditions:

    • You can refine who gets the emails. For example, if you want to target only users who haven’t purchased the product they viewed, add a condition for people who haven’t placed an order after the view.
    • Click on the "Flow Filters" section to set any specific conditions.
  • Add an Email:

    • After the trigger, click the "+" to add an action and select "Send Email".
    • You can use a pre-built email template or design a custom one to remind users of the product they viewed. A good idea is to include dynamic product blocks, such as the Product Block in the email template, to show the exact product they viewed.

You have to use segment in trigger instead of Matric. Also Check Klaviyo integrations and APIs.

How do I do that? I used the prebuilt flow for shopify, when I clone I only get these options, when I have created a list for ‘viewed product’
